What changes with your tier is who arrives with it, from a single vetted chauffeur up to a three-car convoy with a protocol officer walking you through every door. From Premium upward the coordinator is a named person who stays yours for every hour of the booking, and at "You Know" - V-VIP they are reachable around the clock.

Send an address and an hour. The car is on your street ten minutes early with a full tank, a cleaned cabin and every form already signed on our side, so there is no depot to visit and no counter to queue at. Handover takes four minutes: check the car over with the driver who brought it, initial the handover sheet, and the day is yours. Delivery is free inside Port Harcourt and quoted flat in Lagos, Abuja and Uyo before you commit.
Every chauffeur is salaried, uniformed, cleared through a five-year record check and certified in defensive driving. Each one sits a route exam on Port Harcourt, the East-West axis and Bonny Road before he carries a member, and each one holds the door, loads the boot and says nothing afterwards about where you went.
Comprehensive insurance and third-party liability are live before the key changes hands, with the self-drive excess capped at ₦350,000 and no excess at all on a chauffeured booking. No fuel surcharge gets invented after you return. Every car leaves the bay full and comes back topped up by us, so you never queue at a pump on our time. The daily allowance is 300km inside Port Harcourt and 500km on an upcountry run, and extra distance is quoted in writing at ₦450 a kilometre before you sign. A day that runs past midnight stays one day until 6am.
We track your inbound flight and move the pickup with it, so a late landing costs you nothing and a diversion is re-planned before anything is charged. The plate number and your driver's photo reach your phone before you land, and the chauffeur waits inside Port Harcourt International Airport with a name board, chilled water and a car sized for your cases.
