BNEW CUT writes your head down on the first visit and reads it back on every one after: your guard numbers, your part side, the cowlick behind your left ear, how short you take the temples, how you want the neckline finished. That record travels with the chair, so nobody starts over. From Premium up the barber reading it is the same one every time, held by name, and from "You Know" - VIP you take it in a private room with the door closed. Or you skip the drive and we bring the folding chair, the steamer and the vacuum to your living room, your boardroom or your hotel floor. The work runs from a forty minute cut with a razor-finished neckline through beard architecture, hot towel straight-razor shaves, scalp and hairline therapy, grey blending and softening, and a kid's first cut on a Saturday. Every blade comes out of a sealed sachet at your chair and goes into the sharps bin when you stand up. Slots are held rather than sold twice, so 97% of chairs begin within five minutes of the time on your confirmation.

We write it down on visit one: guard numbers, part side, neckline shape, how short you take the temples and which way the crown grows. Whichever barber has the chair reads it before you sit down, so the third cut is better than the first because nobody starts over. On Standard that is the next free barber working from your record. From Premium up it is the same barber every time, held by name, so the reading stops being necessary at all.
We set the cheek line and balance the moustache against the chin before a single hair comes off, then cut the edges with a straight razor rather than a trimmer, which is why the line holds instead of blurring after four days. Patchy corners get a growth plan you can follow at home with the oil we send you out with, and the shape still reads clean at week three.
Harmattan flaking, tender razor bumps, corners creeping back. We steam, exfoliate and treat with a menthol tonic, then tell you which of it was the weather and which was the product you have been using. The grey strategy is agreed out loud before anything is mixed: full coverage, salt-and-pepper softening, or leave it and sharpen everything around it.
Every straight-razor blade and every foil comes out of its sachet in front of you, never from a drawer. Clippers are stripped, brushed and sprayed between clients, combs sit in fresh solution, capes and towels are laundered after one use, and the sharps bin stands where you can watch it fill. Ask to see any of it mid-cut and the answer is yes.

On the open floor the chair still reclines and the league is still on the wall. Either way your slot is held rather than sold twice, and the hour you set aside is the hour it takes.

The barber arrives inside the window you chose with the folding chair, the steamer, the sheeting and the vacuum, sets up in a corner you point at, and leaves it the way he found it.
